Therapy Services that Make a Difference
Healing Happens in Connection
Trauma, burnout, and mental health challenges drive isolation and disconnection. Our work is grounded in trust, collaboration, and a strong therapeutic relationship.
We create thoughtful spaces where you can let the mask down and be truly seen. You don’t have to perform here. You don’t have to have the right words. You just have to show up.
What you'll get when you work with us
Trauma-informed care at every level
If you’ve spent years trying to decode people, you won’t have to do that here. We’re transparent, we welcome questions, and we name things out loud so you don’t have to carry the uncertainty. We’re honored to co-create a space with you where you truly feel safe and seen.
A therapist who speaks your language
If you’ve ever felt like you had to clean up your words, soften your tone, or translate yourself just to be understood, you won’t have to do that here. You can cuss, ramble, talk in circles, go quiet, infodump, get real — whatever is natural for you. This is your space to show up as your full self.
A way to explore your identity through the things you love
Maybe you’ve always connected more through stories, characters, worlds, or the things you geek out about. We’ll center those as a focus of treatment so the things you love become a doorway into understanding yourself more deeply.
Decolonized care that prioritizes culturally sustaining practices
We’re not here for White, Western therapy. Our practice is one that affirms your culture, challenges oppressive narratives, and strengthens your connection to who you are and where you come from.
Who We Work With
These are just some of the client populations we commonly work with
ADHD & Neurodivergence
Therapy can help you work with your brain rather than against it. Make sense of your patterns, reduce self-blame, and create systems that fit your actual needs.
Parents & Caregivers
Are you a parent who's quietly exhausted and running on fumes? In therapy you can share authentically about the highs and lows of parenting, unpack intergenerational patterns, and learn skills that are aligned with your values.
The Family
Are you a parent of a child who's struggling with big feelings and even bigger behaviors? We provide family therapy that helps strengthen relationships, teach calming and coregulation, and reduce challenging behaviors.
Trauma Survivors
Are you carrying the weight of the past? You don't have to do it alone. Therapy can help trauma survivors begin to trust themselves, connect more deeply with loved ones, and build a life they're truly excited about.
Overthinkers & Intellectualizers
For those who cringe at the phrase "where do you feel that in your body?," this one is for you. We’ll go beyond talk therapy to help your body catch up to what your mind already knows.
Insurance We Accept
We are excited to announce that we are now in-network with HMSA Quest and University Health Alliance [UHA].
If you’re unsure about how much therapy will cost, you can submit your insurance information ahead of your appointment and your therapist can provide you more information.

We make getting started as seamless as possible. You can schedule a free intake appointment using the buttons above.
Yes! We offer free 15-minute consultation calls. This allows us to meet, discuss your goals, and see if it’s a good fit.
During your free consultation call, your therapist will take some time to get to know you a little bit better. They’ll also tell you a bit about their therapeutic style and go over consent paperwork.
If you decide to move forward with scheduling your first appointment, your therapist will send you consent forms to sign in your client portal before your first session.
Your first session may vary depending on the type of therapy you’re receiving. Typically, you can expect your therapist to start an intake evaluation. For the evaluation, your therapist will ask questions to better understand what brings you into treatment and what symptoms you’ve been experiencing. This information will be used to make a diagnostic impression and set goals for treatment.
Standard sessions are 50-minutes
We typically will plan to meet once per week, but this may be more or less frequent depending on your individual situation. Your provider will confirm during your first appointment.
